Charlie The Reindeer

This is another image from Jules. http://julesstampplace.blogspot.com/  How cute is he?  I colored him with Prisma pencils and the papers are some pieces that I found in my stash.  I plan on making more cards with Charlie...and maybe some ornaments?   hmmmmm....

I just got back from a much needed vacation in Florida.   I spent eight days with Rudy, Susie and my grandkids.  Eight days of doing absolutely nothing but relaxing.  So now back to work and my daily routine.

Digital Scrapbook Pages

This is Prince...the newest addition to our family.  I got a call from my oldest grandson Taylor on Mothers Day telling me they got me a dog.  The problem was..they live in Florida and we live in West Virginia.  We had planned to take our vacation in June and bring him back with us but some things came up and we had to cancel our vacation.  A friend of theirs was moving up here in August and agreed to bring him with her.  Needless to say he is now  part of our family.
Ronnie (dh) got me Photoshop Elements 7 and I am finally learning (slowly) how to do Digital Scrap pages.

Here is another one of my DIL and my youngest grandson Dalton at the Beach.  I only wish I could play more but my job keeps cutting into my play time.

Cards

I have not been able to play much lately so I thought I would post a couple of cards that I had made before.  The first one is a free image from Elizabeth O. Dulemba.  The second is a Girl About Town Image.  I only recently discovered digital stamps and am hooked. I colored both of them with PrismaColor  pencils and OMS.

I have been wanting to blog for quite some time but have had a hard time getting started.  I am thinking that this first post is probably the hardest.  I guess I should tell you a little about myself and my family.  I am a Wife,  Mom and  Grandmother.  My husband is Ronnie and I have 2 sons...Rudy and Reno.  Rudy and his wife Susie have 3 children.  My Grandsons, Taylor and Dalton are 14 and 5 and my Granddaughter Cierra is 11.  We have 2 dogs ....Pepper and Prince, a cat named Buddy and a rabbit named Bella.  I'm sure you will be seeing and hearing about them from time to time.  I also work full-time as a Tailor for a Men's Clothing Store.

My intention is to start out trying to post a couple of  times a week.  I am hoping to post photos I take and some of the things I make.  I try to do a lot of different things.  I am just learning Digital Scrapbooking  and love card making and other paper crafts.  I also enjoy altered art.

Where ever this takes me I hope to make some new friends along the way.
